I could hardly believe those low costs I honestly don’t think anywhere in the United States or Canada is that inexpensive. Just yesterday I checked several cities I thought would be quite low. Nope–Sacramento, Providence, Pittsburgh, Durango, Quebec and Reno were all close to 2,000 us$, if all costs are included–rent, food, heat and transportation. That wasn’t true 30 years ago So I may be a tentative resident of Croatia, Czechia or Portugal soon! Maybe this article will change my life!
